English: The Dargah of Hazarat Peer Rustum Shaheed (R.A) is an ancient Dargah and is situated at the center of Kalghatgi town. A huge number of pilgrims and devotees visit Dargah through out the year. Every year the 'Urs Mubarak' (Fair) is celebrated by all the Hindus, Muslims and peoples of all faiths with full spirit and devotion followed by the 'Zanda Mubarak' on the day of the 'Chandramaan Ugadi' festival and Urs starts from fifth day of the Chandramaan Ugadi and lasts for three days. The fifth day after the Chandramaan Ugadi is the day of 'Sandal Mubarak' and the next day is celebrated the 'Urs day' and the 'Galeef Mubarak' will be held on the final or third day from the day of 'Sandal Mubarak'. A lot of cultural events used to organized like 'Rasamanjari', 'Gigipada' and 'Khawwali' programs by various renowned artists.
