English: The Kumbhariya Jain mandir complex is a restored historic site near Ambaji in north Gujarat. Notable for its exquisitely carved interiors and ceiling, the complex and its nearby Hindu temple are credited to Western Chalukyan artists and about the 12th-century. The complex was badly damaged during the Gujarat Sultanate era. It was in ruins during the colonial era, restored in the 20th and 21st century. The most architecturally interesting temples in this complex are those for Mahavir, Parshwanath and Shantinath.
